Finely chop one bunch of cilantro, 2-3 jalapenos, and 5 cloves of garlic. Mix in the juice of two juicy lemons or three limes. This is a great topping for tacos, eggs and toast, hummus and pitas, enchiladas, or just about any main entree you want. |
