Grate 1/2 small green cabbage and 2 large carrots into a mixing bowl with one bunch of fresh, finely chopped cilantro.

In a separate bowl, mix 1 ½  cups plain yogurt (goat yogurt is great if you like it), 2-3 tbs apple cider vinegar, the juice of 2 lemons, 1 tsp whole sea salt, 1 tsp each dried dill and parsley, and 1/4 tsp cayenne.

Combine the two and serve immediately.
