1/2 cup organic refried pinto beans
2 flax and soy corn thins
1-cup loose‑leaf lettuce
1 Tbsp. black olives, chopped
1/4-cup avocado, cubed
1/2-cup tomatoes, chopped
Ideally: choose fresh, organic vegetables, fruits, herbs, and spices where applicable and possible.

Preparation: Heat the beans in a pot on medium until warmed. Spread heated beans on both corn thins and decorate with the rest of your toppings. Makes 1 Serving: 2 Tostadas
