Recipe: Cut a couple of apples into thin slices, dip in cinnamon and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Do not overlap.  Bake at 200 F degrees for about an hour. Flip slices and bake for another hour. Turn off oven and keep the apples inside as the oven cools down to get them crunchy.
